Social Sustainability
Daymon Worldwide’s Sustainability Initiative consists
of three pillars, the third of which is Social, which encompasses issues such as corporate philanthropy, health and wellness, diversity and ethics.
Community Outreach
Daymon associates around the world are doing their part to level the playing
field for people less fortunate. Daymon associates in our 23 countries regularly
raise money for and contribute to various charities… either on behalf of ourselves
or our retail partners. Truly the NOBLE part of our tri-credo is not something we
take lightly.
These are just some of the charities and causes that Daymon supports wholeheartedly.
Health and Wellness
Health and Wellness is a topic that has risen to the forefront of our thinking in recent years. Organics have gone mainstream and the number of new “healthy” product launches continues to steadily increase. At the same time, the percentage of the population that is considered obese has also increased.
It is a Daymon priority to foster an atmosphere of physical and mental wellness for all of its associates. Stress reduction, time management, and healthy eating are areas in which we constantly educate and share knowledge.
Diversity
Daymon values diversity not only in ethnicity but in thought as well. We recognize the profound value in attracting associates of diverse races, backgrounds, and cultures, as well as those with different opinions.
