Quality Assurance
Daymon’s Quality Assurance associates monitor and manage the quality of products used in our Customers' Private Brand programs,. They are responsible for ensuring that all products meet or exceed manufacturer's specifications by performing product quality category reviews and product cuttings. Products are evaluated on a regularly scheduled basis against the established specifications to make sure they are meeting Customer expectations.

Auditing/Benchmarking
We can audit a retailer's quality assurance department to make recommendations for improving systems/procedures. We can also assist with the upstart of a quality assurance department. Written business plans are available for this service.
Label Reviews
We can review a retailer's label to assure it meets all Federal and State requirements. We can assure compliance with NLEA regulations in regards to label claims.
Plant Inspections
Includes a review of sanitation, Quality Control, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) systems. Our database currently lists over 200 manufacturing plants that have been inspected by the Daymon Quality Assurance Department.

We can supply you with information and forms to perform sensory evaluations at your location.
