Business Management and Development

Associates in these areas develop and manage the relationships with our Customers, our Supplier Partners, and other Associates.  Typically, our managers have financial accountability for a business unit or a portfolio of product categories.  Responsibilities include product development, program management, sales, presentations, promotional planning, and managing against a budget.

Category Management and Analysis

Associates in these areas use a variety of data sources and sophisticated analytical technology to conduct category analyses and make fact-based recommendations to our Customers and Supplier Partners.

Marketing

Retailers market their Private Brand brands to compete with national brand products.  Associates in this area collaborate closely with our Customers to develop programs focused on meeting consumer needs.

Brand Development & Design

Associates in Daymon’s subsidiary, Daymon Worldwide Design, work on branding, package design, label and packaging procurement and management. This highly creative group utilizes the latest technology and continues to be a recognized, award winning design company.

Consumer Events Management

Associates in this area facilitate professional, informational and sales-driven product demonstrations for our Supplier Partners.  Our in-house demonstration companies are structured to meet the unique needs of each of our Customers and Supplier Partners. They focus on promoting immediate product trial, increasing sales, creating theatre and excitement at the store level and building brand relationships.
